NordPass: The Ultimate Chrome Extension for Secure Password Management

App is glitchy. In the NordPass settings, I set it to NEVER make me enter the master password to sign in because my PC is only at my house - non-public access. Yet it forces me log to log in all the NordPass app all the time! Almost makes the app useless. If NordPass forces you to sign in to their app, then why use a Password manager in the first place? So frustrating and user unfriendly. Wish I would have never signed up. :(

keeps telling me app version is too old and no option to update. now I cannot login to the website since nordpass has the logins/passwords. what a waste, make sure you have a backup of your passwords and don't rely 100% on this app.

Browser plugin keeps breaking for me. Constantly gives me Unexpected Application Errors (while being logged in on the desktop app)

I used Nordpass free version for a couple years and have absolutely loved it. Recently they had an offer that was very reasonable for 2 years with an extra 6 months for free. At that time I figured I should sign up for the paid subscription version for the extra benefits and also mainly because the support I had received for the free version was so amazing. Even though I was using the free version, I would always get support with any issue I had with different websites changing their log in layout, technical issues with things, etc. I truly felt that I should be paying to make sure they stay in business as they sure have done an outstanding job with providing me with the security of having a password manager that takes the burden off of me of remembering numerous passwords and has gotten me out of the habit of using very similar passwords so that I can remember them all and have them documented on paper. Now I let them generate a crazy long password that no one can crack! Thanks Nordpass for your outstanding product and support.

This is the lightweight NordPass extension version that works somewhat. Unfortunately, NP is going to deprecate this one and only use their other 'stand-alone' app version of the extension, which is extremely buggy and just worthless. They tried to force that stand-alone version on us users in March 2023 but then they had to revert back to this one because nothing worked. Now they came back again and want us to use the absolute nonsense of a stand-alone app in Chrome. It's supposed to be a fast and lightweight EXTENSION, not a damn app inside Chrome that is slow, buggy, and almost never works. So done with all Nord products FFS.

Windows 11: Updates the app and plugin, then repeatedly tells you to update even though you already did. Plugin can not tell edge from chrome. Plugin sort of works with browsers.... but frequently doesn't so you have to uninstall and reinstall. Nord Company will also make you confirm you are a subscriber periodically so your nordpass master pw is not enough. The company will also crash your Nord VPN periodically to make sure you are paid up. BitDefender does none of this.

I also find the system buggy. Often it works exactly as it should but almost as often i have to manually go into the app to copy login info. It also has one particular login correct in the app and yet ever time i use it i have to adjust the password manually. So ultimately, very uneven

I really like the desktop and chrome extension, but you want me to update the extension and I cannot. It is telling me it is blocked by my organization. I am not under any organization and have even suspended my virus controls for 5 mins to reinstall new extension to no avail. What could you possibly need that my virus controls are stopping you?? Makes me really wonder...

I find even after 3-4 years of use that it is extremely buggy to the extent that my wife who is as non-tech as you can get has to come to me too often to resolve some problem in its operation. It would be great if it weren't for these nagging small issues.

With over 15 years immersed in Information Technology, I've put countless password managers to the test, and NordPass is my top pick, largely due to its robust security measures. While I could dive into more detail, there's plenty of info out there for that. Bottom line: NordPass is a standout choice you can rely on for managing your passwords.

I would be lost without NordPass. I used another company before and they never gave the attention that Nord does. It was easy to set up and transfer all of my data from the old password company to Nordpass. I highly recommend NordPass Word as a password manager.

As someone who has a lot of passwords, this is one of my best investments to be honest.

I've been using Nordpass for over a year and it's made such a difference to our multi device, multi platform living! With over 500 passwords we need the capacity, and also have the data breach scanner to keep us informed. In the future I think it'll be able to do change password tasks on sites direct - as it's got the potential. Highly recommended.

I have been using it for just over a year on several devices. It's good but not great. It doesn't fully integrate with all web sites I use regularly, so there is room for improvement.

Worst password manager ever. I have used many and i never saw one this bad.

Been using it for over a year now. Works great as a chrome app. Also the standalone app and mobile app work like a charm.

i like the service but this app crashes sooo much, no other app i have crashes this much, its annoying having to always log back in

Works great on windows systems, as an application or extension in several browsers. But its a true hassle to get it to work in any debian distribution. I understand it's not yet intended to be but come on... chop chop

I love how easy it is to grab, save and update passwords from all devices anywhere. I also like that I can share passwords with associates securely. I use it for other important info as well I want to have at hand. ie license, insurance, important account numbers, etc. It's been a game changer for me.

This app seems a little buggy at first glance, but i found that once you dig in and learn its functioning it performs very well. The UI is simple and direct, its the best I have used.

Really bad, resets daily, doesn't auto-fill most things, compared to Last pass (whcih has it's own security issues, but never an app issue), this falls short.

This app has possible been one of the best choices i have made in a long while, security is great, ease of use is simplier that you might imagine for an app of this sort. Try it you`ll wonder what you did pre nord.

I don't know why I hesitated so long to get a password manager. NordPass is easy to use, offers several built in tools that help me monitor my 'cyber footprint', and it works seamlessly across my MacBook Pro and my Android devices. Best of all, unlike every other password manager that I looked into, I can use my fingerprint biometrics to unlock NordPass on both my MacBook Pro Keyboard and my Android phones so that I don't have to key in the insanely long master password that I created for my vault. Getting NordPass was probably the single best thing I have done for my cyber security in the last decade.
